VINIFICATION AND TASTING NOTES
The fresh Valpolicella wine is left to sit on the Amarone pomace, which refines its structure and gives it body and tannins. Intense and deep ruby red, a blackberry aroma and slight hint of cocoa. A complex, but delicately pleasant wine.
